Delivery is £5.99 (inc. VAT), with free delivery for orders over £80, with the exception of:

Scottish Mainland

Remote Scottish Mainland

Scottish Highlands & Islands

For these locations, the delivery will be shown during the checkout process based on your delivery postcode.

Orders are processed on Monday – Friday, with deliveries taking place on these days unless otherwise shared here due to Public Holidays.

We aim for next day delivery for orders placed before 2pm, however this will depend on the delivery location and volume of orders, please allow 1 – 3 working days for most of mainland UK. Please see our Terms & Conditions for full details.

COVID update (4/1/21): Courier services may experience some delays due to availability of drivers and the current high volume of deliveries.

We use APC as our courier as they have a ‘liquid handling’ service, reducing the instances of breakages significantly in comparison to other delivery methods.

If the box is wet and/or damaged when delivery is attempted however, you should reject the delivery, stating that it’s our policy that you shouldn’t accept delivery if the goods are damaged, please take a photo of the box before it is taken away and contact us immediately.  Report the damage to us on the day of delivery via email Hello@LowAndNoDrinks.co.uk describing the damage and include clear pictures.

We will be in contact with you as quickly as possible to discuss a replacement or refund in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.

Delivery coronavirus measures:

APC are taking all precautions while working to continue to provide a good service and look after the welfare of their staff. Taking into account advice from the Government and PHE their revised procedures for deliveries which require a signature are as follows:

Deliveries to business premises

Ask where the customer would like the parcel to be placed maintaining a 2-metre distance from business staff wherever possible

Explain that because they are taking extra precautions over Coronavirus, they do not require a signature

Ask the recipient’s name and enter into the surname field

Enter CV into the signature field 

For deliveries to residential addresses

Place parcel on doorstep

Knock on door

Step back two metres

Explain to occupant that due to extra precautions over Coronavirus they will not requiring a signature

Ask their name and enter into the surname field

Enter CV into signature field

These procedures are designed for the benefit of both the delivery driver and the consignee.
